Terms of Reference

• To develop a vision and delivery strategy for consideration by the main Committee that will enable the Club to become and remain successful.
• To identify the strengths of the Club, list its current weaknesses and set out the future opportunities.
• To develop a set of key performance measures through which the Club would be managed and its performance judged by the Members.
• To review the present management structure, and where necessary suggest changes to ensure the Vision and performance measures will be achieved.
• Produce an action plan setting out a timeline to deliver the vision in two five year periods.

The action plan will set out any identified obstacles with appropriate solutions and recommend immediate post holders to deliver the first phase of the strategy.

The Working Party should complete its work within the Terms of Reference by December 2007 so as to enable the effective operation of strategy and management of the Club from 1st January 2008.
