Lightning Strikes Thrice as Tics Concede at the Death

Tics’ failure to close this game down, despite their dominant pack, will do little to calm the nerves at the Rec as games start to run out - although Torquay possibly have an easier run-in (on paper at least) than their bottom end peers. Sandercock goal leaves Tics still waiting for elusive win

ANDY Sandercock popped over a drop-goal late in the game to give Paignton the narrowest of wins in a typically tight derby clash.
The Tics appeared to be on course for their first league win since November 14 when they scraped home 12-10 at St Mary's Old Boys. They were 16-14 up and trying to hold on under pressure after going a man down.......
