game proved to be a disappointing end to what has
been an excellent season for the young Tics. Despite
some missing players Torquay battled hard against a
very large well drilled Crediton side, who on

Nuneaton Colts 35 vs Torquay Colts 20 National Cup Quarter Finals

young Tics to their credit battled right to the end
and refused to give up. The Nuns had a well drilled
side who were very quick to the breakdown and had
some very good backs to finish their moves
off.
We had a great day out no one let themselves down and the players were a credit to their club. Well done for this achievement.

Torquay
have battled their way through to the last 16 of the
National Colts Cup Competition having beaten Truro
. As
the result suggests this was a tight and fairly even
game played at a good pace with both teams having
chances to score. Torquay came out on top due to a
dogged determination in defence which gave Truro no
time on the ball and taking two opportunities created
by Tom Harris.
