Kingsbridge then had a chance to extend the lead with a penalty on 10 mins but missed. The Torquay forwards managed to put together an impressive period driving their way down field ending in a well worked try for wing forward Peter Foster (Aaron Graham conversion).

Kingsbridge continued to pressure Torquay and managed to take the lead on 30 mins with a well taken penalty but this did not last for long as Torquay came back with a try from Joe Ward (Aaron Graham conversion) on 34 mins following further good work from the Torquay's forwards.

Soon in the second half Torquay stretched their lead again with an Arran Graham penalty and started to play better rugby. This was made much harder when on 45 mins Chris Slack (Torquay) was binned for an off the ball obstruction, which was a big loss as he was playing so well. Kingsbridge played themselves back into the game and scored a try on 75 mins (no conversion) again after some hard work by their forwards.

Torquay finished stronger and managed to drop the ball after crossing the line following a wonderful individual effort from Tom Harris, the game was sealed by another strong run this time by winger Aaron Hearne who managed to out pace three Kingsbridge players to score (Aaron Graham Conversion).
