We spend a great deal of time and effort to ensure we deliver the best training and development of the Players.
Our normal training session consist of a 30 to 40 minute warm up. This is followed by a 30 to 40 minute tactical session where new and old skills are practices. Putting the skills into play we then like to carry out a game or team building exercise.
To finish off we carry out a 10 to 20 minute cooling down process.
